With nearly two decades of experience in the fitness industry since 2005, my passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. I specialize in functional movement with a strong focus on improving overall well-being, longevity, and quality of life. My training style incorporates a wide range of modalities to keep things interesting and effective - because fitness should have an element of fun and not feel solely like a chore.
I work with a diverse clientele, but my primary focus is supporting women and men in their 30s through 80s - helping them build strength, improve mobility and feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life. Whether you're just getting started or looking to refine your routine, I tailor each program to meet you where you are.

My love and passion has brought me from Texas A&M in College Station to now where I am based in The Woodlands and live what I teach - staying active through strength training, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, biking and more. I believe in creating supportive and enjoyable training experiences, and sometimes the best way to begin is simply by starting a conversation. Let's see if we're a good fit to work together.
